Lily and Squirrel Pilates Terms and Conditions

Before booking into one of our classes, please read through these terms and conditions thoroughly. Upon enrolling into a class you (the Client) agree the terms and conditions set out on the Lily and Squirrel website www.lilyandsquirrel.com.au

Intro Offer

2-week (14 day) unlimited introductory offer is available to new clients only. New clients can purchase the offer once in their membership lifetime. The offer commences from the date of purchase.

Packs

Pre purchased class passes are valid as follows;

- Casual pass is valid for 1 months from the date of purchase

- 10 pack is valid for 6 months from date of purchase

- 20 pack is valid for 12 months from date of purchase

Memberships

Memberships are valid for one week (7 days) from the date of purchase. Memberships will be automatically renewed on a weekly basis via direct debit from the credit card stored in members accounts.

Memberships will continue with scheduled payments until a termination request is received.

2 weeks notice is required to terminate membership. Please email a request to info@lilyandsquirrel.com.au. Note terminations cannot be sent via text, phone, or social media messaging services.

Members are entitled to pause memberships for personal reasons up to 4 times a year. 1 week’s notice is required via email to info@lilyandsquirrel.com.au to request a membership pause.

Failed membership payments will incur a $10 fee for each time an attempt at payment is made. The fee will be processed with the credit card associated with the member's account.

After 3 failed payment attempts, memberships will be placed on hold until outstanding fees are processed with current or a new payment method.

Class packs and memberships are not transferable.

Payment must be made prior to booking a class. To book a class you must have pre purchased class credits or pay at the time of booking in person.

Owners and teachers reserve the right to determine the suitability of classes for clients for safety reasons.

Late Arrivals

Arriving 5 minutes after class start time is considered late. You will forfeit the session and are considered a no show. The space will be offered to wait listed or walk-in clients.

Cancellations and Fees

Cancellations made 12 hours (or less) prior to class commencement of the associated booking will forfeit the associated booking. No shows and absences will forfeit the associated booking.

Unlimited members will incur a $10 late cancellation fee for bookings cancelled less than 12 hours prior to class commencement.

Sessional members (1 class per week, 2 classes per week, 3 classes per week) will incur a $5 late cancellation fee for bookings cancelled less than 12 hours prior to class commencement.

Unlimited members will incur a $15 no show fee for classes they are marked absent for.

Sessional members (1 class per week, 2 classes per week, 3 classes per week) will incur a $10 no show fee for classes they are marked absent for.

Weekly memberships and prepaid purchase members will be charged a very-late cancellation fee of $10 for any class cancelled within 2 hours of their booked class.

No show, late and very-late cancellation fees will be processed with the credit card associated with the member's account.

Weekly memberships and prepaid purchase members will receive one fee waiver per calendar month

Management retains the right to waive fees at their discretion

Waitlist

Waitlists are available for clients to sign up for full classes. If a place becomes available, the client will be notified via email and will have 2 hours to accept or decline the offer. Lapsed offers will be forfeit, and the next person on the waitlist will be offered a space.

Right to Cancel

Lily and Squirrel reserves the right to cancel a clients membership at any time due to unsafe, inappropriate, offensive or illegal behaviour on our premises.

Waiver

Attending a Pilates class brings the same level of risk to your health and safety as it does by participating in other forms of exercise.

By participating in our classes you warrant that you are not suffering from any illness, injury or condition that may prevent you from safely participating.

You agree to follow directions set by your instructor, and to advise them of any illness, injury or condition so they can support you in class. If requested by your instructor, you must obtain a medical certificate to participate in class. Failure to listen to the instructor is considered a safety risk and may result in removal from class.

Whilst our instructors are suitably trained, it is important to understand that they are not medical professionals and are not qualified to advise on your personal medical situation.
